**The workshop · since October 2017**

# **The Art of You**

A workshop about exploring your self as a starting point for exploring life, hoping to reach the truth God intended for us.

In weekly sessions, participants get to know what they are made of: how to relate to their bodies, thoughts, feelings and awareness, to walk the way of life with honesty and peace.

## **14 consecutive sessions**· separate, yet connected

The sessions run in a continuous cycle: start from any session and catch up on the ones you missed. People rarely attend a full round just once; most keep going, round after round.
